I pay my landlord a small fee monthly to sleep in my vehicle to avoid BC's inflated rent costs. I tend to avoid phonies and Bible-bullies. I lent my gym equipment to a church to encourage and participate with young people to be healthy and was told to "take it away." Yet I find going to the gym so positive (especially early morning). So activities that church people opposed are actually what help to sustain: hockey the "worldly" sport is very cultural in our nation, good exercise and socially positive. Exercise as well as nutrition are important, but I can't really cook inside my work vehicle, so the very food I eat (such as Timmy's chilli cheese wedges) I can, in a way, thank a hockey player for.
*December 14, 2018: I now eat raw whole-grain bread for breakfast and lunch, along with a mass gainer and amino acids in the mornings to simplify my diet and save money. I also usually do about 5-10 sets of sprints early morning after going to gym. This increases my heart rate and energy in a much better way than coffee - which I've managed to quit drinking. So I've cut back on eating at Timmy's, but I still eat there (no more "double-doubles" for me, though).
