Alone and Self-empowerment

There are many people who are single. Although I think that this is mostly not ideal, I can tell you that I've been in this situation most of my life. I used to worry about this. However, over time I've come to understand that it's important to find happiness coming from within yourself. (If you do not have joy, love and peace coming out of you first, I do not think that you should instead be prioritizing a search for a relationship). That isn't to say I'm not interested having a girlfriend. I just don't worry about it. My focus (it's important to have focus) is on keeping my strengths strong. I value what I've been able to discover about my natural strengths. They may not have been noticed by adults and older folk (as they ought to have) when I was younger. But this is how indoctrination, "educational" programming... that is often not experiential, and an overly-religious background work. Such unhelpful programming is basically manipulation against what IS helpful - and Natural Law. Realize your potential (and/or power) and be careful then, in your conduct. Change happens.

PEACE OF MY REALITY

I pay my landlord a small fee monthly to sleep in my vehicle to avoid BC's inflated rent costs. I tend to avoid church-goers (especially phonies and Bible-bullies). I lent my gym equipment to a church to encourage and participate with young people to be healthy and was told to "take it away." Yet I find going to the gym so positive (especially early morning). So things that church people opposed are actually what help to sustain. Hockey the "worldly" sport is very cultural in our nation, good exercise and socially positive. Exercise as well as nutrition are important, but I can't really cook inside my vehicle, so the very food I eat (such as Timmy's chilli cheese wedges) I can, in a way, thank a hockey player for.

*December 14, 2018: I now eat raw whole-grain bread for breakfast and lunch, along with a mass gainer and amino acids in the mornings from Walmart to simplify my diet and save money. I also usually do about 5-10 sets of sprints early morning after going to gym. This increases my heart rate and energy in a much better way than coffee - which I've managed to quit drinking. So I've cut back on eating at Timmy's, but I still eat there (no more "double-doubles" for me, though).

EMOTIONS & THOUGHT ALIGNMENT

Can you imagine a world where outpouring of love happens, without tragedy? I can. I make this decision: to align my thoughts with my emotions. Everybody else can do this too (see link). Remember that those who do not act in love are in their own worlds - they are where they're at (even as faithless as this may be). Their confinements are their own (don't let their doubts or their slowness to pay due respect or what they owe - for that matter, affect you).  #HumboldtStrong

TOWARDS NATURE

Towards nature... and enlightenment (hopefully). I think it's important that people have a connection to nature, and not be stuck in an urban mindset. Stress is in cities... but in nature it's peaceful, pure and above and beyond societal, divisive, harsh, rich-poor, severities and brute and disturbing inequalities, due to incredibly controlling, inhumane, inflative, pervasive, systemic, unnatural, monetary, process.

SPIRITUALITY AND SUBSTANCE: VISION QUEST

I think that spiritual enlightenment can be made available through prayer, fasting, drinking water, exercise (breathing) - moving your body vigorously (your body is designed to move), emotional intelligence (something that's seen and heard in music, for example), having a positive mindset and being in nature - outside the realms of money (wilderness), setting boundaries for those who may sap out your energy (avoiding bad energy), having company with those who you agree with, knowing yourself, being yourself... passion, fearlessness, free... the vision quest. Cannot serve God and mammon... Christ. Christ went into the wilderness to pray. No drugs... are needed, in my view, because I believe drugs can be especially misleading... in a money-focused society. It's known that understanding is needed concerning alcohol because of the possible harmful and lasting dangers associated with drinking (personally speaking, I didn't have my first beer until I was twenty-seven and I made the choice not to drink). It's possible to become a “drunk” with alcohol - but there are people who can also be agitated if they don't have their drugs. As I believe alcohol can really affect one's judgement, long term, in a negative way (if consumed too much), I believe drugs can really ruin one's ability to have decent judgment and see common good. I've worked with house painters who have been misled by something seemingly as "harmless" as smoking pot - I've never smoked or smoked pot. But if there was no such thing as money and the monetary system completely comes to an end, participating in drug use, with safety and understanding in mind... might be completely fine (although not something necessary).
